Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Team Leader
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer care executives
  • Drive performance to achieve targets and ensure quality standards
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Excel for decision-making
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle escalations effectively
