Job Title: Team Leader – Grocery & FMCG Job Summary: Responsible for supervising a team to ensure smooth daily operations, effective merchandising, stock management, and excellent customer service in a grocery/FMCG retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the team in daily store activities. Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and availability. Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards. Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements: Experience in retail, preferably FMCG or grocery. Strong team leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of stock control and retail processes.
