We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader – Telecalling to manage our telecalling team, drive performance, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead generation targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality calls, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular coaching sessions for team members.
• Maintain and update performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Identify process gaps and suggest actionable improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, with at least some team-handling exposure.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency required).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed team targets.
• Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and resilience under pressure.
