Role Description


As a Team Leader - After Sales Service, you will take ownership of Peore’s national after-sales service operations. You’ll manage a growing network of service partners, ensure smooth handling of customer issues, drive timely ticket resolution, and uphold service quality metrics. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and believes in delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Build & Scale Service Network:

    Expand and manage Peore’s service partner network across India to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and support.
  • Vendor Management:

    Onboard and nurture service partners; conduct regular check-ins to drive performance and business growth.
  • End-to-End Ownership:

    Oversee the entire lifecycle of service requests—from ticket creation to resolution—ensuring high-quality customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Maintain key service metrics such as - NPS Score of 90%+ and 90th percentile ticket closure TAT under 48 hours
  • Team Supervision:

    Manage the internal service team, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support to drive excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with tech, product, and operations teams to automate workflows, improve SLA compliance, and enhance service efficiency.
  • Customer Delight:

    Ensure every service touchpoint strengthens trust and drives repeat usage or referrals.



Desired Skills & Experience:


  • 2+ years of experience in after-sales service or operations, preferably in water purifiers or consumer durables or appliances.
  • Proven leadership experience managing service teams or service centers.
  • Basic technical understanding of water purifiers and filtration systems is preferred.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and ability to remain calm in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficiency in both

    Hindi and English

    is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of

    Telugu or Tamil

    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational background:

    BE / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate

    in any discipline.
