• Responsible for Expansion of Distribution Network and Identifying the potential Location and work on Expansion
• To Establish strong relationship and provide the necessary sales support to the distributors and increase the sales
• Visibility with the distributors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Broachers), mailers, group meetings with distributor RM/clients of distributors
• Responsible for Distributor Servicing for the Territory
• Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business
• Create awareness & for building brand by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall
• Soft skills training in terms of Communication, Motivation etc. for distributors specially for smaller / one man location
• Ensuring that the distributors are trained on all products and Operational procedures and Informed on the Regulatory Changes on regular basis
• Ensure that the market information of competitors is informed to the central team on regular basis
• Monitor all the operational transactions happening in the team as per the Compliance guidelines ans Customer Service
• Responsible for the Audit observations for the Team
• Managing the Team budget and Expenses
• Working in Collaboration with HR and Admin matters such as, renovation, Purchasing, Property Services, Dispatch, Courier, Distributor Payout, Debit Notes, etc
• Recruitment for replacement/new addition for a team member by checking their fitment
