About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of on-paper experience as a team leader in a fast-paced environment and possess solid expertise in managing attrition and shrinkage effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor and manage team performance metrics including attrition and shrinkage
• Implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce absenteeism
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
• Address team concerns, ensure high levels of engagement and morale
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader
• Strong understanding of attrition management and shrinkage control
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
