📋 Key Requirements

Must be currently residing in Mumbai
Minimum 1 year of experience
in international BPO (voice process)
Must have recent experience in collections process
Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory due to US client interaction)
Education:
SSC and above
Leadership qualities with prior experience or strong potential to lead a team

💰 Compensation & Benefits

CTC:
Up to ₹8.5 – ₹9 LPA (based on current/last drawn salary and experience)
Desktop provided by the company (no laptops)
Additional benefits as per company policy
