Job Description

This Opportunity is with Leading Asset Management Firm in Churchgate & Belapur

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales processes & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales processes to drive results.
Monitor sales performance regularly, track progress, and take corrective actions where required.
Liaise with the marketing team to develop co-branded materials for MFDs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with EDGE RMs and Branch RMs to ensure strong alignment and coordination.
Coordinate with the VRM team on products and sales processes periodically.
Collaborate with the internal training team to organise VRM training programs.

Campaign & Process Management

Plan and monitor sales practices and campaigns under Project EDGE.
Engage with MIS/Tech teams to track performance and generate reports.
Liaise with CAMS for the effective implementation of sales practices and resource deployment.

Reporting & System Mapping

Responsible for EDGE RM MFD Mapping and reporting to the Technology and Digital function

Skills:

Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and Financial Markets.
Proven ability in sales and training.
Experience in process orchestration and activity planning.
Strategic thinking and ability to implement initiatives seamlessly.
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.
Strong team management capabilities.
