Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Team Lead in Domestic BPO. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with CRM software or similar tools is an asset.
