Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in Microsoft .Net & MVC platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, design, and documentation. This position is based in Gurgaon (WFH).

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the technical rollout and post-deliverable technical strategy.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Convert business requirements into designs and manage teams effectively.
Work on estimation, analysis, programming, testing, and utilization of test tools.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, and Visual Studio.
Experience with integration patterns and associated best practices.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Educational qualifications: B.C.A, B.E, M.C.A, M.Tech.
