Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in software development, with expertise in .Net Framework, .Net Core, and Asp.Net4.5.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop, deploy, and maintain in-house web applications used by the company.
Follow standard software development methodology to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Debug and troubleshoot issues reported from the company.
Prepare algorithm and software design documents to support project development.
Communicate and coordinate efficiently within the team, project teams, and with clients.
Adhere to shared timelines and deliver high-quality results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a line product-based organization (full stack).
Strong technical skills in Visual Studio, ASP.Net, MySQL database, MVC, Angular JS, and Microsoft Technologies like Windows Service, Windows Forms, and ASP.Net.
Intermediate-level writing database queries, functions, procedures, and database design.
Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Cooperation and coordination skills with other teams.
Persistent and hard-working with good observing, analyzing, logical reasoning, brainstorming, and decision-making skills.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT from a reputed university.
Preferred Requirement: Certifications in Angular JS, Asp.Net 4.5 development, Algorithm Development, or Software Deployment.
