Job Description

Job Summary:

Tele Collections Lead


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Tele Collections executives to achieve targets and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes.
  • Provide regular reports on collections performance, analyze data, and identify trends to inform future strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve collections processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in Tele Collections, Team Handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of collections principles, regulations, and laws.
  • Relevant certifications in collections or a related field are desirable.
