The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Will work in a fast-paced environment to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance and successfully complete the hire/transfer process.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Will work in a fast-paced environment to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance and successfully complete the hire/transfer process.
oConduct administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:, employment correspondence as related to preboarding processes & requirements, service request management related to TA operations, email management, and scheduling interviews.
oData integrity for hires, rehires, and CW conversions such as: start date changes, rescind hire/transfer dates, and cares for any in-flight data changes in the system that may impact the success of the process.
oResponsible for license and certification collection and upload, pre-employment tracking, adjudication, as well as processing hires in timely manner to meet compliance and business needs.
oPotential cross-functional training within similar operational teams.
