Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination
  • Employee onboarding and documentation (joining formalities,Induction employee master data)
  • Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with finance/payroll team
  • Handling statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
  • Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
  • Supporting performance management, confirmations, and exits
  • Addressing employee queries and coordinating with stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
