Python Team Lead – Chennai
Experience: 5–10 yrs | Type: Full time, On site
We’re hiring a Python Team Lead to architect and deliver legacy and upcoming Python projects (Vesuvius, JKTIL, YOHT, Rane, etc.).
What you’ll do:
* Lead development using Python/Django, frontend (ReactJS/HTML/CSS/JS), MongoDB, server setup (IIS/Apache), and ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana)
* Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices
* Interface with customers, gather requirements, maintain docs, and provide site support
You have:
* B.Tech/M.Sc. in CS/IT or equivalent
* 5–10 yrs Python & Django experience, including leadership
* Proficiency in ReactJS, MongoDB, ELK, and server config
* Manufacturing domain expertise preferred
