Team Lead – Stock Market

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of market executives/analysts to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor market movements, guide the team on live market operations, and provide support during trading hours.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase client base, revenue, and trading volume.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous training & mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with management to implement new initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare reports on team performance, market activities, and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stock broking, trading, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products.

• NISM certification (Equity Derivatives)

  is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and MS Office tools.

Good to Have:

• Experience in client acquisition, revenue generation, and team expansion.
• Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).
• Exposure to digital campaigns or offline market activities for client reach.
