Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in the US Healthcare Payer Side. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Claim Adjudication, RCM, Denials, and Claim Processing, along with proven team-handling capabilities and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team working on US Healthcare Payer processes.
Oversee day-to-day operations including Claim Adjudication, Denials Management, RCM, and Claim Processing.
Ensure delivery as per defined SLA, TAT, and quality benchmarks.

Monitor and control team KRA & KPI such as:

Attrition
Shrinkage
CSAT
Productivity
SLA adherence
Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching for team members.
Ensure process accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients when required.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and performance.
Maintain high team morale and ensure a positive work environment.

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of US Healthcare Payer Side processes.
Hands-on experience in:
Claim Adjudication
Denial Management
RCM
