Team Lead- Sourcing

What You’ll Do:

As a Sourcing Lead, you will be the research backbone of high-level executive searches. You will combine market intelligence, talent mapping, and innovative sourcing to influence hiring decisions and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search engagements from intake to closure.

• Conduct talent mapping across industries and functions to identify and track top leadership talent.

• Perform in-depth research on leadership roles and organizational structures to inform search strategies.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing frameworks across multiple disciplines. • Gather, analyze, and present talent market insights (qualitative & quantitative) to influence decision making.

• Build competitor landscape reports and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.

• Partner with recruiters and client teams to align on role requirements and ensure successful hiring outcomes.

• Collaborate with peers to share market intel, strategies, and best practices.

• Navigate ambiguity with confidence and deliver clarity in complex search environments.

• Maintain structured databases of executive talent and create scalable knowledge repositories.

• Deliver polished, executive-level communication and presentations. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of executive sourcing/research experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team (US Geography).

• Proven expertise in talent mapping and identifying senior-level candidates.

• Strong experience in researching leadership roles, succession planning, and organizational structures.

• Skilled in using talent market insights and competitor intelligence to guide hiring strategies.

• Experience managing high-volume, sensitive data and creating structured, scalable processes.

• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across geographies and functions.
