As a Sourcing Lead, you will play a crucial role in high-level executive searches by utilizing your expertise in market intelligence, talent mapping, and innovative sourcing techniques to shape hiring decisions and achieve outstanding outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing executive search projects from initiation to completion. - Conducting talent mapping activities across various industries and functions to identify and monitor top leadership talent. - Conducting detailed research on leadership positions and organizational setups to develop effective search strategies. - Creating and implementing innovative sourcing frameworks across multiple domains. - Collecting, analyzing, and presenting qualitative and quantitative talent market insights to influence decision-making. - Generating competitor landscape reports and translating findings into actionable recruitment plans. - Collaborating with recruiters and client teams to align on role specifications and ensure successful hiring results. - Sharing market intelligence, strategies, and best practices with colleagues. - Navigating through uncertain situations with confidence and providing clarity in complex search scenarios. - Maintaining structured databases of executive talent and establishing scalable knowledge repositories. - Delivering polished, executive-level communication and presentations. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role should possess: - At least 5 years of experience in executive sourcing/research within a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably focusing on the US geography. - Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping and the identification of senior-level candidates. - Strong background in researching leadership roles, succession planning, and organizational structures. - Proficiency in utilizing talent market insights and competitor intelligence to shape hiring strategies. - Experience in managing high-volume, sensitive data and creating structured, scalable processes. - Independent, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. - A collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering effectively across geographies and functions.
