What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years of executive sourcing/research experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team (US Geography). • Proven expertise in talent mapping and identifying senior-level candidates. • Strong experience in researching leadership roles, succession planning, and organizational structures. • Skilled in using talent market insights and competitor intelligence to guide hiring strategies. • Experience managing high-volume, sensitive data and creating structured, scalable processes. • Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across geographies and functions.
