Team Lead

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Officers / Acquisition Executives for Current Account sourcing
  
• Drive acquisition of

  NTB Current Accounts

  from SMEs, traders, professionals, corporates, and institutions
• Achieve assigned

  monthly, quarterly, and annual CA targets

  (accounts, balances, fee income)
• Ensure

  quality sourcing

  , proper documentation, and adherence to KYC & compliance norms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  local market influencers, merchants, and business associations

• Conduct regular team reviews, joint calls, and performance tracking
  
• Identify cross-sell opportunities (CMS, POS, Trade, OD, Forex, etc.) in coordination with relevant teams
  
• Monitor account activation, funding, and retention of sourced accounts
  
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to team members
  
• Coordinate with operations, service, and compliance teams for smooth account onboarding.

• Team handling and leadership skills
  
• Local market knowledge and strong networking abilities
  
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  
• Sound knowledge of KYC, AML, and banking compliance
  
• Proficiency in MIS, reporting, and CRM tools.
