Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role located in Delhi, India. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to achieve their goals, ensuring completion of projects on time and to a high standard. Daily tasks include delegating responsibilities, monitoring team performance, strategizing for improved work processes, and ensuring team alignment with organizational objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and facilitating collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Project management expertise, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge or experience in the digital payment or fintech industries is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
