Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of team.
Maintaining & sharing daily MIS reports
Operational management, managing floor and adherence to schedule.
Compiling reports of team performance, target Conversion, TAT and indicators.
Manage shrinkage and Attrition.
Communicating with multiple clients for daily updates

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

Undergraduate/Graduate from a recognized university

Preferred Skills:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi with Good Team Management skills
Experience with
Sales Process (Banking -Loan or Credit Card sales)
Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience and
1year as a Team Lead in Sales process
Willingness to work in 6 Days Schedule
Nature of work: On-Site
Must and should be an
immediate Joiner
