Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to manage and drive our second-line sales team. You will be responsible for coaching your team of Area Managers to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers to exceed their individual and collective targets.
Implement regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans..
Monitor team performance through key metrics.
Work with your team to secure and grow business with large hospital chains, key distributors, and institutional clients.
Provide actionable feedback from the field on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
3-5 years of total experience.
At least
2 years of experience directly managing a sales team
(as a second-line manager) in
medical equipment industry
.
Excellent leadership & communication.
