Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Noida. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, setting performance targets, and ensuring the team meets its goals. The role includes monitoring team performance, providing coaching and mentorship, conducting regular evaluations, and facilitating effective communication within the team. The Team Lead will also collaborate with other departments to align team activities with company objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
