Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of travel executives and ensure the efficient handling of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the travel or customer service industry, along with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of travel executives, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily operations including flight, hotel, cab bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to meet targets and service benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, share performance feedback, and manage schedules.
  • Maintain reports related to team performance, bookings, revenue, and service levels.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (a degree in Travel & Tourism is a plus).
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the travel, tourism, or customer service industry.
  • Prior experience in team handling/supervision is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, portals, and GDS tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Good command over MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
