Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals. - Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals. - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors. 2. Team Management - Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance. - Monitor team progress and provide regular performance feedback. - Assign sales territories and ensure effective client engagement. - Organize regular meetings and workshops for skill development. 3. Market Research & Strategy - Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive analysis. - Provide insights on property market trends to enhance decision-making. - Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns. 4. Customer Relationship Management - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally. - Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and documentation. 5. Documentation & Compliance - Ensure all transactions and deals comply with legal regulations. - Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions. - Work with legal and finance teams for smooth deal closures.
