Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: ----

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct client meetings and property site visits.

Present property details, project features, and investment benefits effectively.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals with potential buyers.

Maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with marketing and management teams to implement promotional strategies.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and customer databases.

Stay updated on market trends,competitor activities, and real estate regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,799.74 - ₹29,755.70 per month
