Job Description: Realty Smartz is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the Dubai real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Lead and manage a team of property consultants and ensure high productivity. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure team compliance with RERA and company guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and close high-value deals. Bachelor's degree, Real Estate sales or related field.
