Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead Quality to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience and a strong background in quality assurance, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of quality professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a call centre or BPO setting.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with quality management tools and software is an asset.
