About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader (Personal Loan Sales) to lead, guide, and manage a team of telecallers/sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving business targets, and ensuring compliance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers/executives focused on personal loan sales.
• Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor calls and sales pitches, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain and analyze sales reports to track productivity and conversions.
• Develop sales strategies to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing difficult leads.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, underwriting, etc.) for smooth loan processing.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 6+years of experience in personal loan sales, with at least 3-4 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail lending, telecalling, and personal loan products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, drive performance, and achieve results under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
