Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Operations Team Leader to manage day-to-day team performance and ensure smooth execution of both sales activities and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team productivity, improving process efficiency, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the Operations team to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews for team members.

Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.

Manage customer escalations and provide quick resolutions.

Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress and suggest improvements.

Operations Responsibilities:

Oversee operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes.

Coordinate between sales, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams.

Monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, ensuring smooth operations.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for preparing detailed reports on all team members, including their roles and performance, and presenting the findings to the department head.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in sales, operations, or team leadership roles.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Solid understanding of CRM and sales/operations .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
