Team Lead

You will be responsible for growing distribution and market share in the assigned rural area of operations. Your key tasks will include deploying extensive QR and Sound box for visibility and driving product sales. It will be your responsibility to recruit and manage the sales team (FSE) to ensure alignment with business goals. As a successful candidate, you should excel in coaching and mentoring, be a quick learner in applying new concepts, and effectively communicate plans and targets to minimize expectation versus delivery gaps. You will need to plan the market size, span, and geographies for the Field Sales Executives (FSE) under your supervision. Monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales, and ensuring team presence in markets where sales and usage occur regularly will be part of your daily routine. Your networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively within your specified area will be crucial to your success. The ideal candidate should possess strong local market knowledge, exhibit high levels of drive, initiative, and self-motivation, and have prior experience in team management. You will be expected to identify and engage potential clients by leveraging your network, with a focus on distribution, return on investment (ROI), and pre-sales activities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a basic understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,
