Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Work directly with overseas clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication via calls, emails, and project management tools.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Oversee project execution, estimations, sprint planning, and task allocation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and scalability concerns.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in PHP Frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/ReactJS).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and caching mechanisms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project management tools.

Good to have skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Linux servers and command-line tools.
• Understanding of security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and data encryption.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
