Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Udaipur for a Team Lead position. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, ensuring smooth operations to achieve business targets, overseeing the implementation of strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves enhancing customer satisfaction, solving operational challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
Proficiency in strategic planning, performance evaluation, and process management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities
Problem-solving expertise and experience handling operational challenges
Knowledge of digital banking, innovation in financial services, and market trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
Previous experience in a leadership role in banking, financial services, or a similar industry is advantageous
