Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of AP activities as per the agreement with client
Lead and manage the team for AP processes
First level escalation for process owners Infosys AP team
Review and Approve of Invoice payment proposal
Deploy and monitor process controls quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
Identify transformational initiatives
Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
Track service level metrics University graduate Post Graduate with 8 10 years of education with 3 5 years of prior work experience in Accounts Payable processes
Strong team leading and motivational skills performance reporting and tracking derive performance improvement ideas
Ability to multi task prioritize activities meeting deadlines
Good Analytical Aptitude Skills
Experience in Workday ERP preferable
