Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage delivery of AP activities as per the agreement with client
  • Lead and manage the team for AP processes
  • First level escalation for process owners Infosys AP team
  • Review and Approve of Invoice payment proposal
  • Deploy and monitor process controls quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Identify transformational initiatives
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
  • Track service level metrics University graduate Post Graduate with 8 10 years of education with 3 5 years of prior work experience in Accounts Payable processes
  • Strong team leading and motivational skills performance reporting and tracking derive performance improvement ideas
  • Ability to multi task prioritize activities meeting deadlines
  • Good Analytical Aptitude Skills
  • Experience in Workday ERP preferable
