About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader—Modern Trade to oversee key outlet operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and sales performance. The role demands strong market awareness, merchandising skills, and the ability to drive sales conversions in modern trade environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure In-shop visual merchandising, which directly impacts sales conversion at key dealer counters.
• Verify stock availability at counters and ensure minimum required stocks of SKUs (Shelf Keeping Unit) are maintained.
• Ensure key accounts visibility with promotions and offers are effectively displayed.
• Apply knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize productivity.
• Ensure product placement and displays adhere to planner direction and planogram integrity.
• Ensure all merchandise in assigned areas is correctly priced with the appropriate labels and facilitate price changes.
• Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets of the key outlets in the territory assigned.
• Follow any other advice/instructions, and perform other related duties, as may be directed by the reporting officer/management from time to time.
• Collect data on competitors and their products to assess market status in the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
