Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (Full-Stack Development) with 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), front-end technologies (Angular/ReactJS), and API development. This role requires hands-on coding, technical mentorship, client communication, and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services.
Work directly with overseas clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth communication via calls, emails, and project management tools.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
Oversee project execution, estimations, sprint planning, and task allocation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and scalability concerns.

Key Skills & Requirements

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in PHP Frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/ReactJS).
Proficiency in RESTful API development, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and caching mechanisms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project management tools.

Good to have skills

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
Working knowledge of Linux servers and command-line tools.
Understanding of security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and data encryption.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
