Testing Mindset : Experience writing and maintaining unit/integration tests using PHPUnit or similar. Version Control : Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and standard Git workflows. API Development : Proven ability to build and integrate RESTful APIs. Performance & Scalability : Experience optimizing backend code and infrastructure to handle high-traffic loads.
