• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing an inbound or chat support team is a significant plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on key performance metrics.
• Proficient in using customer service software, chat platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer concerns.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
