Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in Pune. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and supporting team members, setting team goals, and ensuring that educational targets are met. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, developing and implementing educational strategies, conducting performance reviews, and providing mentorship and training to staff members. The Team Lead Manager will also be involved in ensuring adherence to educational standards and continually improving the learning environment.
