Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in Pune. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team, developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects, coordinating with different departments, mentoring team members, and ensuring that the team meets its performance targets.
