Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager based in the Greater Chennai Area. As a Team Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to meet organizational goals. Your daily tasks include team coordination, performance tracking, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring consistent communication between team members and stakeholders. You will also be involved in planning, executing strategic initiatives, and problem-solving to drive productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities to address challenges effectively and implement solutions. Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools for tracking team performance and reporting. Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role, ideally within the education or service industry. Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field preferred.
