Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervision of Live Chat, SF WhatsApp, Salesforce, Magento Admin, Lead Calling, Store Leads Assignment

2. Aligning Team towards the Sales Deliverables & Day to Day execution to achieve the Sales Target

3. Weekly Reviews on Agent Performance, Key Actions to be taken & Realign the Team towards achieving the goal

4. Daily Activity & Manpower Planning to ensure the advisors are available throughout the day & no chats are go un attended

5. Assisting the team on getting resolution for Customer Escalations on time

6. Ensure all Due Diligence w.r.t closure of customer interaction in Salesforce with proper resolution & Proper Tagging of Chats

7. Ensure frequent audit of Cx interactions for taking corrective measures in the way we serve our customers

8. Cross Team follow-ups to get the backend orders processed on time

9. Ensure we maintain good CSAT & Audit Score for all Cx Chat Interactions
