Job Title: Team Lead – Full Stack Developer (1+ Years Experience) Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Full Stack Developer with over 1 year of experience who is ready to take the next step into a team leadership role. You’ll guide a small team of developers while actively contributing to both frontend and backend development. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong coding skills, a collaborative mindset, and emerging leadership abilities. Responsibilities: Lead a small team of developers to deliver high-quality software projects on time. Participate in all stages of development, from design to deployment. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in both frontend and backend technologies. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery. Mentor junior developers and assist in technical problem-solving. Manage sprint planning, task assignment, and progress tracking. Stay up-to-date with modern web development trends and tools. Required Skills: 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficient in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot. Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud services. Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated initiative or informal leadership experience is a plus.
