As an IT Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, ensuringproject delivery, leading a talented development team, and collaborating with clients andpartners in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality fintech solutions.
• Guide system architecture, software development, and infrastructure decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and uphold coding standards.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee API integrations with banks, payment processors, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Present technical strategies and updates to leadership and partners.
• Evaluate team performance and support professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven leadership experience in managing development teams.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

• Languages/Frameworks: Python, Django, Flask, JavaScript
• Databases: SQL
• Dev Tools: Git, Docker
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, RESTful APIs
• Testing: Unit Testing
