Ewire Softtech Pvt Ltd is a startup initiative which works in the fintech industry. We are now concentrated in B2B model of business. We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our development team. As a Team Lead, your role involves technical leadership, project execution, security management, and client collaboration. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Lead a team of developers to design and implement software projects. Monitor and maintain the quality of code through code reviews and best practices. Oversee system architecture, software development, and infrastructure management. Lead the design and development of secure, scalable, and high-performance fintech solutions. Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects to ensure timely delivery while managing risks. Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and coordinate with other departments to align IT solutions with business goals. Oversee the development and deployment of fintech applications, APIs, and payment gateways. Collaborate with management to align IT strategies with business objectives. Oversee API integrations with banking systems, payment processors, and financial institutions. Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols. Engage with clients to understand fintech requirements and provide technical solutions. Collaborate with third-party service providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies for seamless integrations. Participate in product discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design meetings. Present IT strategies and project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Python development. Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
