Are you a dynamic IT recruitment professional with a passion for leadership and client delivery? We're looking for a Team Lead – IT Contract Staffing to join our growing team in Bangalore.
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
Manage end-to-end IT contract hiring
Drive client delivery and relationship management
Source and close niche tech roles under tight timelines
What We’re Looking For:
6–8 years of IT recruitment experience (at least 3-4 years in a lead role)
Strong background in domestic contract staffing
Excellent sourcing, communication & client handling skills
Passion for driving results and leading a team
