The Client Experience team plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business development and account managers throughout the client s journey. As one of the most substantial divisions at FE fundinfo, the Client Experience department is tasked with the effective execution of projects within the company s portfolio. Encompassing client support, data support, GFRS, managed services and the client success team, our objective is to provide unparalleled client service. The function of Client Experience is to guarantee that our clients receive the utmost value and satisfaction from our products and services.

As a Team lead for the Client Services and Support team, you will be involved in leading a group of support analysts, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. This role involves managing a team of data support analysts, ensuring high-quality customer service, and implementing strategies to improve overall team performance and customer satisfaction and require strong analytical skills to identify problems, facilitate solutions, and improve client relationships.

Your key responsibilities as a Team Lead will be to:

• Leading and motivating a team of Support Analysts to deliver high quality service and consistently meet performance goals.
• Acting as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Overseeing quality reviews and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Providing data driven insights on client trends, risks, and recurring issues to support strategic decision making.
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members to support their growth and strengthen team capability.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Client Delivery teams to address systemic issues and improve long term solutions.

To join us as a Team Lead you will need the following experience and skills:

• You must have at least 4-5 years of experience leading client facing teams with strong coordination and customer interaction skills.
• You must have proven experience managing both projects and teams effectively.
• You should have strong proficiency in Salesforce and the MS Office suite.
• You will bring demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• You should have strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues quickly and drive effective solutions.
