Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of debt recovery executives to achieve monthly collection targets.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze collection trends, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Train, motivate, and coach team members to enhance recovery skills and ensure high levels of productivity.
Handle escalated delinquent cases and negotiate repayment plans with difficult or high-value defaulters.
Ensure adherence to all recovery policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.
Coordinate with legal teams for further action on chronic default cases.
Maintain accurate documentation of all recovery communications and settlements.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Legal) for smoother resolution of cases.
